The Challenge
MSVH had the medical expertise and technology, but lacked a consistent visual identity to reflect its professionalism and compassion. With only a standalone logo, their brand didn’t communicate the trust or warmth needed to engage patients, partners, or investors in a growing virtual care market.
They needed a scalable identity system that could carry the brand across both physical and digital touch points, from medical device packaging to patient communications.

What we did
We transformed MSVH’s single logo into a comprehensive visual identity system built for growth and trust.
Foundational Visual Brand Identity System: Extended the existing logo into a flexible visual language with an expanded colour palette, typographic hierarchy, and logo suite.
Visual Language System into Packaging Design: Created multiple medical device packaging concepts including versions tailored for Indigenous communities, internal use, and patient-facing kits, all infused with symbolism that conveys comfort, care, and connection
Visual Cohesion: Established design consistency across brand touchpoints to improve recognition, credibility, and emotional engagement.
Scalable Delivery: Built the foundation for a brand system that can evolve with new services, partnerships, and audiences.
The Outcome
MSVH now has the clarity, consistency, and confidence to communicate its vision, care that’s personal, professional, and accessible. The new identity system and packaging not only elevate the brand’s credibility but also strengthen patient trust and recognition across every touchpoint.
